Of course, people did not accept the “crazy thought” in that time.However, the famous Pisa Tower experiment proved the truth.

　　In 16th century, Christianity supported geocentricism, however, Copernicus put forward contrary theory --- heliocentricism, which was regarded as heresy by Christianities because it did not accord with the Bible.
